Data Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

 

Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data 

  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, Python & JAVA

  • Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.

  • Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (JavaScript, XML, or ETL frameworks), databases

  • Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing

  • Adept at using data processing platforms like Hadoop and Apache Spark

  • Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik

  • Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions 

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Proven work experience of creating reports, MIS, analytical models, reconciliation, etc. using any software or programming language

  • You should have keen interest in studying data

  • You are open to learning new technologies and frameworks because with Cointab youll be working on our in-house built software framework

  • You should have good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Review business requirements and provide objective feedbacks to developers 

  • Develop and execute testcases and reports defects

IT Fresher Profile :

* Candidates should be passed out BE/B-Tech & ME/ M-Tech, BCA, MCA, and graduates.

* Aggregate should be more than 50% throughout graduation in 12th and 10th.

* Candidates are able to join office. Working from remote is also acceptable

HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches payroll, recruiting and employee development, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.

     

      Responsibilities:

​

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts

  • Screen resumes and application forms

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social network

​      

       Requirements and skills:

​

  • Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus

  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation

  • Organizational skills

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field​
